Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Shipping Times
All orders placed on the NameMyCase website are processed and customized within 2 to 4 business days. Once customization is completed, shipping will take an additional 5 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and selected delivery method.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
3. Shipping Methods
NameMyCase offers standard shipping through trusted carriers such as Colissimo and Colis Privé to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier and the recipient’s location.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, with no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delays & Liability
NameMyCase cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or strikes. However, in the event of a significant delay, our customer support team will be available to assist you and resolve any issues.
7. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. NameMyCase cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.
8. Order Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the condition of the package immediately. If you notice any damage or issues, please report it within 48 hours to the carrier and to our customer service at info@namemycase.com.
9. International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we only ship to the following countries: France, Spain, Switzerland, and Belgium. If you are located outside these areas, please check again later or contact us for more information.
